What you’ll do

• Build and execute Bielby’s NSW business plan.
• Win and deliver major civil infrastructure projects.
• Develop strong, lasting client relationships.
• Lead, mentor, and inspire high-performing teams.
• Uphold the highest standards of safety, quality, and environmental excellence.
• Drive commercial performance and shape long-term business strategy.

What you’ll bring

• 20+ years in civil construction, including leading large-scale infrastructure projects.
• Proven ability to win work, lead teams, and deliver results.
• Strong commercial and contractual acumen.
• A collaborative, values-driven leadership style.
• The drive and strategic vision to establish and grow a business in a new market.
